Privacy Policy

StratPrompt is operated by Swovel Inc. This policy describes what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and login credentials.
• Service data: your conversations with the assistant, strategy specifications, backtest results, and credit ledger — stored so your library, receipts and history work.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

Cookies

We set one cookie: an httponly session cookie that keeps you logged in for up to 30 days. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Payment pages are hosted by Stripe, which sets its own cookies under its own policy.

Server logs

Our servers keep technical logs (errors, timing, engine diagnostics) to keep the service reliable. They are not used for marketing.

How we use it

To provide the service, bill accurately, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Conversations are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your strategies or results for anything other than serving you.

Retention and deletion

Use our contact form to request deletion of your account and data; we delete within 30 days except records we must keep for tax and billing compliance.

Security

All traffic is TLS-encrypted; customer data is backed up encrypted at rest in Microsoft Azure (US).
